GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of a training centre by training centres under the Karnataka Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Reservation of Seats in Educational Institutions and of Appointments or Posts) Act, 2018, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Chief Commissioner, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every training centre carrying on the running of a training centre shall furnish Form IV to the Government of Karnataka within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every training centre carrying on the running of a training centre shall make an application in Form IV to the Government of Karnataka within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a training centre is undertaken, and the Government of Karnataka shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Social Welfare Department, Government of Karnataka.
