Chennai, dated the 6th February, 2020

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a training centre by training centres under the Tamil Nadu Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Reservation of Seats) Act, 1994, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Chief Commissioner, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every training centre carrying on the running of a training centre shall furnish Form I to the Commission within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every training centre carrying on the running of a training centre shall make an application in Form I to the Commission within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a training centre is undertaken, and the Commission shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Social Welfare Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
