GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The broadcasting of programmes by broadcasters under the Maharashtra Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1953, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Press Registrar, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every broadcaster carrying on the broadcasting of programmes shall furnish Form II to the Government of Maharashtra within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every broadcaster carrying on the broadcasting of programmes shall make an application in Form II to the Government of Maharashtra within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the broadcasting of programmes is undertaken, and the Government of Maharashtra shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Maharashtra.
