In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Bihar Land Reforms Laws (Regulating Mines and Minerals) Validation Act, 1969 (42 of 1969), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the Inspector of Mines.
