GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The use of water for industry by users of water for industry under the Rajasthan Irrigation and Drainage Act, 1954, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Executive Engineer, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every user of water for industry carrying on the use of water for industry shall furnish Form A to the Tribunal within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every user of water for industry carrying on the use of water for industry shall make an application in Form A to the Tribunal within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the use of water for industry is undertaken, and the Tribunal shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Rajasthan.
