Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Bengal Bonded Warehouse Association Act, 1838 (5 of 1838); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 56 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
