GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The practice of law by legal practitioners under the Uttar Pradesh Civil Laws (Reforms and Amendment) Act, 1954, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every legal practitioner carrying on the practice of law shall furnish Form B to the High Court within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every legal practitioner carrying on the practice of law shall make an application in Form B to the High Court within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the practice of law is undertaken, and the High Court shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
