GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The management of the property of a minor by guardians appointed by the court under the Tamil Nadu Registration of Marriages Act, 2009, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Marriage Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every guardian appointed by the court carrying on the management of the property of a minor shall furnish Form II to the Government of Tamil Nadu within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every guardian appointed by the court carrying on the management of the property of a minor shall make an application in Form II to the Government of Tamil Nadu within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of the property of a minor is undertaken, and the Government of Tamil Nadu shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
