Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act 5 of 1882); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the said Act, the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
