Recital: "In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Karnataka Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Reservation of Seats in Educational Institutions and of Appointments or Posts) Act, 2018 (Karnataka Act 2 of 2018), the Government of Karnataka hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the Chief Commissioner".
