Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Married Women's Property Act, 1874 (3 of 1874); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
