GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The storage of explosives by licensees of an explosives magazine under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the officer in charge of a police station, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee of an explosives magazine carrying on the storage of explosives shall furnish Form III to the Government of Maharashtra within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of an explosives magazine carrying on the storage of explosives shall make an application in Form III to the Government of Maharashtra within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of explosives is undertaken, and the Government of Maharashtra shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Maharashtra.
