GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The receipt of grants by grantees under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every grantee carrying on the receipt of grants shall furnish Form GFR 19 to the Controller General of Accounts within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every grantee carrying on the receipt of grants shall make an application in Form GFR 19 to the Controller General of Accounts within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the receipt of grants is undertaken, and the Controller General of Accounts shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Rajasthan.
