In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University Act, 1994 (58 of 1994), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the Registrar.
