Hyderabad, dated the 26th October, 2018

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The conduct of a competition by organisers under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every organiser carrying on the conduct of a competition shall furnish Form C to the National Sports Board within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every organiser carrying on the conduct of a competition shall make an application in Form C to the National Sports Board within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the conduct of a competition is undertaken, and the National Sports Board shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Water Resources Department, Government of Telangana.
