GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The occupation of premises by tenants under the Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act, 1970, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Rent Controller, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every tenant carrying on the occupation of premises shall furnish Form A to the Appellate Tribunal within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the occupation of premises shall make an application in Form A to the Appellate Tribunal within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of premises is undertaken, and the Appellate Tribunal shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Maharashtra.
