In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Excise Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 10 of 2009), the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the Excise Officer.
