GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The printing of a periodical by printers under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Press Registrar, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every printer carrying on the printing of a periodical shall furnish Form I to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every printer carrying on the printing of a periodical shall make an application in Form I to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the printing of a periodical is undertaken, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
