GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The purchase of an apartment by allottees under the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Rent Controller, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every allottee carrying on the purchase of an apartment shall furnish Form A to the Rent Controller within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every allottee carrying on the purchase of an apartment shall make an application in Form A to the Rent Controller within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the purchase of an apartment is undertaken, and the Rent Controller shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
