Mumbai, dated the 25th May, 2018

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The setting up of a unit by units under the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1962, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the adjudicating authority, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every unit carrying on the setting up of a unit shall furnish Form ANF-3A to the Government of Maharashtra within one hundred and eighty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every unit carrying on the setting up of a unit shall make an application in Form ANF-3A to the Government of Maharashtra within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the setting up of a unit is undertaken, and the Government of Maharashtra shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Maharashtra.
