GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of an establishment by registered establishments under the Maharashtra Official Languages Act, 1965, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Secretary, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every registered establishment carrying on the running of an establishment shall furnish Form B to the Government of Maharashtra within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every registered establishment carrying on the running of an establishment shall make an application in Form B to the Government of Maharashtra within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of an establishment is undertaken, and the Government of Maharashtra shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Maharashtra.
