GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The use of a transport vehicle by permit holders under the Kerala Motor Transport Workers Welfare Fund Act, 1985, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the registering authority, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every permit holder carrying on the use of a transport vehicle shall furnish Form 23 to the Regional Transport Authority within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every permit holder carrying on the use of a transport vehicle shall make an application in Form 23 to the Regional Transport Authority within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the use of a transport vehicle is undertaken, and the Regional Transport Authority shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Kerala.
