In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Lady Hardinge Medical College and Hospital (Acquisition and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1977 (34 of 1977), the Central Government hereby appoints, with effect from the date of publication of this notification, the officers specified in the Table below to exercise the powers of the Licensing Authority within the jurisdiction set out against each.
