In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Uttar Pradesh Fire Prevention and Fire Safety Act, 2005 (Uttar Pradesh Act 9 of 2005), the Government of Uttar Pradesh hereby appoints, with effect from the date of publication of this notification, the officers specified in the Table below to exercise the powers of the National Authority within the jurisdiction set out against each.
