S.O. 105(E).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Territorial Waters, Continental Shelf, Exclusive Economic Zone and other Maritime Zones Act, 1976 (80 of 1976), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the commanding officer.
