GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The running of a clinical establishment by persons carrying on a clinical establishment under the Maharashtra Nursing Homes Registration Act, 1949, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspector, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person carrying on a clinical establishment carrying on the running of a clinical establishment shall furnish Form 28 to the Licensing Authority within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every person carrying on a clinical establishment carrying on the running of a clinical establishment shall make an application in Form 28 to the Licensing Authority within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a clinical establishment is undertaken, and the Licensing Authority shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Maharashtra.
