GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The operation of a hazardous installation by owners of a hazardous installation under the Gujarat State Disaster Management Act, 2003, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the District Collector, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a hazardous installation carrying on the operation of a hazardous installation shall furnish Form B to the National Authority within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a hazardous installation carrying on the operation of a hazardous installation shall make an application in Form B to the National Authority within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a hazardous installation is undertaken, and the National Authority shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Social Welfare Department, Government of Gujarat.
