Hyderabad, dated the 9th July, 2017

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The governance of a sport by national sports federations under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every national sports federation carrying on the governance of a sport shall furnish Form B to the Government of Telangana within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every national sports federation carrying on the governance of a sport shall make an application in Form B to the Government of Telangana within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the governance of a sport is undertaken, and the Government of Telangana shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Energy Department, Government of Telangana.
