In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delivery of Books and Newspapers (Public Libraries) Act, 1954 (27 of 1954), the Central Government hereby appoints, with effect from the date of publication of this notification, the officers specified in the Table below to exercise the powers of the Board of Film Certification within the jurisdiction set out against each.
