GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

Subject: The conduct of court auctions by court auctioneers under the Bombay Court Fees Act, 1959, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every court auctioneer carrying on the conduct of court auctions shall furnish Form B to the Government of Maharashtra within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every court auctioneer carrying on the conduct of court auctions shall make an application in Form B to the Government of Maharashtra within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the conduct of court auctions is undertaken, and the Government of Maharashtra shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Maharashtra.
