In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the National Capital Territory of Delhi Laws (Special Provisions) Act, 2007 (43 of 2007), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the adjudicating officer.
