GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The practice of law by legal practitioners under the Bombay Court Fees Act, 1959, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every legal practitioner carrying on the practice of law shall furnish Form A to the High Court within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every legal practitioner carrying on the practice of law shall make an application in Form A to the High Court within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the practice of law is undertaken, and the High Court shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Mines and Geology Department, Government of Maharashtra.
