Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Kerala Education Act, 1958 (Kerala Act 6 of 1958); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the said Act, the Government of Kerala hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
