GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a child care institution by child care institutions under the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Protection Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every child care institution carrying on the running of a child care institution shall furnish Form III to the Committee within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every child care institution carrying on the running of a child care institution shall make an application in Form III to the Committee within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a child care institution is undertaken, and the Committee shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
