Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976 (Goa Act 14 of 1976); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the said Act, the Government of Goa hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
