Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 (Maharashtra Act 25 of 1949); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 43 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
