GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The execution of instruments by person executing an instruments under the Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1999, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Collector, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person executing an instrument carrying on the execution of instruments shall furnish Form A to the Collector within six months.

2. The matter has been examined. Every person executing an instrument carrying on the execution of instruments shall make an application in Form A to the Collector within six months, accompanied by a fee of five rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the execution of instruments is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within six months of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Education Department, Government of Rajasthan.
