Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Rehabilitation Council of India Act, 1992 (34 of 1992); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 51 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
