In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1987), the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the Registrar.
