GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The carrying on of a trade by persons carrying on a trade within the municipal limits under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Municipal Commissioner, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person carrying on a trade within the municipal limits carrying on the carrying on of a trade shall furnish Form C to the Standing Committee within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every person carrying on a trade within the municipal limits carrying on the carrying on of a trade shall make an application in Form C to the Standing Committee within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the carrying on of a trade is undertaken, and the Standing Committee shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Maharashtra.
