Amaravati, dated the 18th April, 2016

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: Dealing in excisable articles by dealers under the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every dealer carrying on dealing in excisable articles shall furnish Form C to the Commissioner within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every dealer carrying on dealing in excisable articles shall make an application in Form C to the Commissioner within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which dealing in excisable articles is undertaken, and the Commissioner shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
