GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a creche by creches under the Maharashtra State Commission for Women Act, 1993, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Protection Officer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every creche carrying on the running of a creche shall furnish Form III to the Committee within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every creche carrying on the running of a creche shall make an application in Form III to the Committee within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a creche is undertaken, and the Committee shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Maharashtra.
