GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The giving of private tuition by private tutors under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every private tutor carrying on the giving of private tuition shall furnish Form B to the Government of Gujarat within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every private tutor carrying on the giving of private tuition shall make an application in Form B to the Government of Gujarat within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the giving of private tuition is undertaken, and the Government of Gujarat shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Mines and Geology Department, Government of Gujarat.
