GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The occupation of land by occupants under the Bihar Land Reforms Act, 1950, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of Bihar, after careful examination, hereby orders that every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall furnish Form 1 to the Collector within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every occupant carrying on the occupation of land shall make an application in Form 1 to the Collector within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of land is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Bihar.
