GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a society by societies under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Charity Commissioner, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every society carrying on the running of a society shall furnish Form B to the Charity Commissioner within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every society carrying on the running of a society shall make an application in Form B to the Charity Commissioner within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a society is undertaken, and the Charity Commissioner shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
