GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The use of water for industry by users of water for industry under the Maharashtra Groundwater (Development and Management) Act, 2009, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Executive Engineer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every user of water for industry carrying on the use of water for industry shall furnish Form A to the Tribunal within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every user of water for industry carrying on the use of water for industry shall make an application in Form A to the Tribunal within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the use of water for industry is undertaken, and the Tribunal shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Maharashtra.
