In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha Act, 1964 (14 of 1964), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the Secretary.
