GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The construction of a building in a village by owners of a building in a village under the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Secretary of the Gram Panchayat, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a building in a village carrying on the construction of a building in a village shall furnish Form 3 to the Gram Panchayat within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a building in a village carrying on the construction of a building in a village shall make an application in Form 3 to the Gram Panchayat within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the construction of a building in a village is undertaken, and the Gram Panchayat shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
