GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The keeping of a shop in a village market by shopkeepers in a village market under the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Secretary of the Gram Panchayat, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every shopkeeper in a village market carrying on the keeping of a shop in a village market shall furnish Form 1 to the Block Development Officer within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every shopkeeper in a village market carrying on the keeping of a shop in a village market shall make an application in Form 1 to the Block Development Officer within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the keeping of a shop in a village market is undertaken, and the Block Development Officer shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
