GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The holding of land by holders of land under the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every holder of land carrying on the holding of land shall furnish Form 7 to the State Government within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every holder of land carrying on the holding of land shall make an application in Form 7 to the State Government within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of land is undertaken, and the State Government shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
